  3. Use a standard offer and compliance checklist
    Required fields are validated before the offer reaches final approval. Exceptions are routed separately rather than slowing standard cases.

  4. Create role-based IT provisioning bundles
    A consultant, analyst, and project manager receive predefined access profiles. IT validates exceptions instead of rebuilding every request.

  5. Set manager readiness controls
    The manager checklist is due three business days before start date and includes the first-week schedule, buddy assignment, objectives, introductions, and workspace confirmation.
