Definition

What is white label Lean Six Sigma video training?

White label Lean Six Sigma video training is a finished eLearning course library, produced by somebody else, licensed to you so that you can brand it and sell it as your own online course. Your learners watch your intro sequence, your logo sits in the corner of every lesson, and the certificate carries your name. They never see ours.

Video is the expensive part of any training business. Scripting, recording, animating, editing and quality checking a single belt level takes months. Producing 68 chapters across five belts takes an experienced Master Black Belt well over a year, before a single learner enrols. Licensing a finished library removes that entirely.

Video courses compared with PowerPoint materials

These are two different products for two different delivery models. Video suits self paced online learning that sells while you sleep. Editable slides suit live classroom and virtual instructor led delivery. This page covers the video library only. If you deliver training in a room and want editable decks, see our Lean Six Sigma PowerPoint materials instead. Many licensees take both, so their trainers can teach live and their website can sell online.

Who owns the intellectual property

Lean 6 Sigma Hub retains ownership of the underlying video content. You receive a written licence granting the right to rebrand, host, sell and deliver the courses within an agreed territory and term. The agreement states what you may edit, where you may host and what stays restricted, including extraction of video files from the SCORM packages and redistribution to third parties.

Inside the package

What comes with the white label video courses

A licence covers a launch ready online course, not a folder of raw footage. Everything a learner touches is branded before it reaches you.

01

68 narrated video chapters

Full HD chapters mapped across five belt levels, recorded with clear narration and animated on screen graphics. Each chapter is a self contained lesson with its own quiz, so learners progress in short steps rather than one long recording.

02

SCORM packages

One zip file per course, built to SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004, tracking completion, time spent and quiz results in Moodle, LearnDash, TalentLMS, Docebo and Cornerstone.

03

Your branding baked in

Your logo, your colours and your intro and outro sequence applied to every lesson before handover. No watermark of ours anywhere.

04

Quiz banks per lesson

Assessment questions mapped to each video with pass rules, so learners are tested as they progress rather than only at the end.

05

Certificate templates

Belt certificates you brand and issue under your own name, ready for automated release when a learner passes.

06

Captions and transcripts

Caption files and lesson transcripts that support accessibility requirements and give you text content for course pages.

07

Learner workbooks

Downloadable project templates and the RDMAICS storyboard workbook learners complete alongside the video lessons.

08

Course page copy

Course outlines, learning outcomes and lesson lists you can lift straight into your website, proposals and LMS descriptions.

Who this suits

Who licences white label Lean Six Sigma video courses

If you already have an audience that needs process improvement training, finished video is the missing piece rather than the whole business.

Online course businesses

You already sell project management, quality or business courses. A full Lean Six Sigma belt pathway widens your catalogue without a production budget or a studio.

Consultants and trainers

You deliver workshops and want a self paced product that earns between engagements. Video sells while you are in a client meeting.

Corporate learning and development

You need to train hundreds of staff without paying a vendor per seat. One licence covers unlimited internal learners on your own LMS.

Registered training organisations

You need a credible online process improvement pathway beside your existing qualifications, built to Council for Six Sigma Certification standards.

Universities and business schools

You want practical industry content to support a business or engineering programme, delivered as structured video your students work through at their own pace.

Consulting firms

You build client capability during a transformation. Branded video means the learning platform looks like yours, because it is.

Done for you hosting

Done for you Lean Six Sigma video hosting

Video is heavier to run than slides. If you would rather not manage streaming, bandwidth and an LMS, we host the whole academy on your domain and keep it running.

Decision

Produce your own video, rent it monthly, or licence it once

Most training providers weigh up three routes to an online Lean Six Sigma course. Video changes the maths, because production is the single largest cost.

Consideration Produce in house Monthly subscription licence Lean 6 Sigma Hub video licence
Time to launch 12 to 18 months of scripting, recording and editing 2 to 4 weeks 2 to 3 weeks
Production cost High. Studio, narration, animation and review for 68 chapters None, but you never own it One off licence fee
Ongoing cost Re-recording when content dates Monthly fee continues while you sell None on the content licence
Per learner royalty Not applicable Often per user or per seat No royalty, unlimited learners
Your branding on the video Yes Sometimes restricted Applied before handover
Host on your own LMS Yes Often locked to the vendor platform Yes, SCORM packages supplied
Master Black Belt content Hardest tier to produce Sometimes excluded Full Master Black Belt tier included
If you stop paying You keep everything Access ends and your courses come down Licence continues under its term

Licence options

Three ways to licence the Lean Six Sigma video library

Every option carries white label rights for your organisation. Pricing depends on which belts you take, your territory and your term, so we quote per licensee rather than publishing a list price.

Option A

Single belt video licence

For providers testing the market with one course before committing.

  • One belt level of your choice
  • Delivered as SCORM zip packages
  • Your branding applied to every lesson
  • Quiz bank and certificate template
  • Upgrade credit if you add belts later
Request pricing
Option C

Video library plus hosting

For brands that want an online academy without running the technology.

  • Everything in the full video library licence
  • Branded learning site on your own domain
  • Video streaming and bandwidth included
  • Payments, enrolment and learner reporting
  • Hosting, backups, security and updates

How it works

How the video licensing process works, step by step

STEP 1

Sample and scoping call

You watch full sample lessons, then we confirm which belts you need, your market and your territory.

STEP 2

Licence agreement

You receive a written licence covering territory, term, branding rights, hosting rights and restrictions.

STEP 3

Branding and packaging

We apply your logo, intro and certificate to every lesson, then build the SCORM packages or host them for you.

STEP 4

Launch and support

You start enrolling learners. We stay available for technical support, admin training and content updates.

Do you deliver training live in a room?

This page covers the video library. If your trainers teach face to face or over video call and need editable slides, facilitator notes and exercises, licence the deck library instead. Take both and your team can teach live while your website sells the same content online.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about licensing Lean Six Sigma videos

How much does it cost to licence Lean Six Sigma video courses?

Pricing depends on how many belt levels you licence, your territory and your term. A single belt licence suits providers testing one course. Full library licences are priced for organisations that intend to sell at volume. Send us your scope and you will receive a written quote within two business days.

Can I remove Lean 6 Sigma Hub branding from the videos?

Yes. Your logo, colours and intro sequence are applied to every lesson before handover, so the files arrive already carrying your identity. Any attribution requirement that applies to your specific licence is stated in the agreement before you sign.

Do I pay a royalty for each learner who watches?

No. You pay a one off licence fee for the scope you select. There is no revenue share, no per seat royalty and no cap on learner numbers. You set your own course prices and keep the full enrolment revenue.

What format do the video courses arrive in?

Courses are delivered as SCORM zip packages only, built to SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004. You upload the zip file straight into your learning management system and the lessons, quizzes and tracking are all inside it. Raw MP4 video files are not supplied, because the licence covers delivery through a tracked course rather than loose media you could redistribute. Video is Full HD with captions and transcripts included.

Which learning management systems can host the videos?

Any platform that accepts SCORM. Licensees commonly use LearnDash on WordPress, Moodle, TalentLMS, Thinkific, Docebo and Cornerstone. If you would rather not manage a platform, the done for you hosting option covers streaming and bandwidth as well.

Can I edit the videos or add my own lessons?

Videos sit inside the SCORM package as final renders, so you cannot re-cut them. You can add your own lessons alongside ours inside your course, and you can request custom re-recording with your narration or your on screen branding as a separate scope of work.

Can I licence only one belt level?

Yes. Many licensees start with Green Belt because it sells the highest volume, then add Black Belt and Master Black Belt as demand grows. Belts can be added to an existing licence at any time, and single belt licensees receive upgrade credit.

Are the video courses accredited?

The curriculum is built to Council for Six Sigma Certification standards. Accreditation of certificates issued under your own brand depends on your arrangement with an accrediting body. We can explain the pathway and what the body will expect to see.

How long does it take to launch after signing?

Two to three weeks is typical. Branding and packaging the videos takes about a week. If you choose done for you hosting, encoding, platform build, payments setup and go live add a further one to two weeks.

What happens when the content needs updating?

Lessons are refreshed as standards and tools change. Licensees on the hosting option receive updates automatically. Self hosted licensees are notified and supplied with replacement packages under the terms of their agreement.
